Add a Shared Inbox to Your Outlook on IOS

If you need to access a shared inbox via Outlook on a desktop or laptop click here or on the Outlook Online click here.

Goal: Setup a shared inbox on your mobile Apple device such as an iPad or iPhone within the Outlook app.

1. Open Outlook app on your iOS mobile device.
2. Tap on your profile picture or initial in upper left.
3. Tap Settings gear in lower left.
4. Tap Add Mail Account.
5. Tap Add Shared Mailbox under Mail Accounts.
6. Enter the shared mailbox email address - Tap Add Shared Mailbox.
