This week, we're thrilled to feature one of our longest and most engaged customers, Brad Page for our first Customer Spotlight. Brad not only runs a successful local business but also deeply values his community and has been a huge supporter of Layer 2 Computers over the years. Let's dive into some questions to learn more about Brad and Page's Flooring!
Q: Can you tell us a bit about Page's Flooring and what inspired you to take over the business?
A: Page's Flooring is a second-generation owned, full-service flooring store that my parents started back in 1953. I took the reins in 1988 and moved our operations to Springboro in 1993. What drives me is the joy of helping people transform their homes. It's incredibly fulfilling to now be serving the children of some of our original customers!
Q: What do you love most about what you do?
A: There's nothing quite like the satisfaction of seeing a home improvement project come together and the happiness it brings to our customers. Plus, it’s a great feeling to contribute to our local and surrounding communities.
Q: How has technology helped your business grow or improve?
A: I might joke about being a tech neanderthal, but honestly, I couldn’t do without the support from Layer 2 Computers. They handle all my tech needs, allowing me to focus on what I do best – flooring!
Q: Do you have any exciting projects or promotions coming up that you'd like to share?
A: We are always involved in community projects and look forward to some exciting promotions we have lined up. Stay tuned for more updates!
