We worked on a home PC to address high system temperatures. We began by upgrading the CPU and installing a new heatsink to improve cooling.
To install the new CPU, we first removed the old one and cleaned the area. We then carefully aligned the new CPU and secured it in place. Next, we installed the new heatsink, making sure it was tightly secured to the CPU. We also applied a thermal paste to help with heat transfer.
After installing the new CPU and heatsink, we turned on the PC to check the temperatures. We were pleased to see a significant decrease in temperature readings, indicating that our upgrades were successful. You can see pictures before and after the upgrades to show the effectiveness of the changes.
Overall, the project was successful, and we were happy to have improved the performance of our PC by addressing high system temperatures.
