A new customer called us with some tech troubles—his computer was acting up, and he couldn't get his Alexa to connect. After checking things out, we realized he needed a new modem.
Here's What We Did:
- Ordered and Installed a New Modem: Got the new modem in place and working.
- Set Up Eero System: Hooked up the Eero system to make sure his Wi-Fi is solid all over the house.
- Internet Provider Issues: His current provider was supposed to upgrade his line for more devices and boost his speed from 3 Mbps to 15 Mbps, but they couldn’t help and told him to switch providers.
- Boosted Speeds: Once everything was set up, he got much better internet speeds (check out the speed test results!).
- Device Setup: We also reconfigured the Eeros and got his Alexa and printer up and running.
Outcome:Now he's enjoying faster internet and everything is working smoothly. No more connection issues!
