This network clean-up was planned when we first signed on with this law firm client. Since before they brought us on, they had been complaining of network issues, VOIP phone issues, and overall slowness would pop up. The network was not organized and also had a lot of old/obsolete slow equipment being used. We were able to consolidate and simplify the whole setup.
With a modern, organized, and simple network we are able to see what is causing VOIP phone calls to drop, diagnose slow connections, and overall have much better visibility into the network. This makes working through issues possible and more efficient, so the client has less downtime and a much more reliable network holding everything together.
