Last weekend, we got a great test of how well our dual-internet failover system works—and no one even noticed there was an issue!

On Friday evening, around 6:30 PM, our partner facility, Ohio Sports Academy (OSA), lost service from our primary internet provider. Thanks to our failover system, the secondary internet service provider kicked in immediately, keeping everything running smoothly.

All the computer systems and phones at OSA continued to work flawlessly, ensuring business as usual. In fact, we only realized there had been an issue when our owner got home that evening, found their own internet was out, and checked the uptime reports. Service was fully restored by 9:30 AM Saturday, but OSA’s operations never skipped a beat.
