We’ve got a sign of progress—literally. If you've ever tried to find our partner drop-off location and wondered, “Wait, is this the right building?”—wonder no more. Thanks to David (tech genius, entrepreneur, world traveler, scissor lift daredevil, boss-man, husband, dad, dog wrangler… did we miss anything?), you can now spot us clearly from the street.

The building now proudly displays its big, bold 270 numbers—because navigating to get help from your IT support shouldn't require a treasure map.

As a quick refresher: our drop-off/pick-up spot is inside Ohio Sports Academy in Springboro. It’s convenient, has friendly faces at the front desk, and offers generous hours—especially handy for after-work drop-offs. Bonus points: if you’ve got a kiddo who’s got energy to burn, they might just fall in love with tumbling, ninja, or aerial while you’re handling tech stuff. Who knew IT errands could be a win-win?
