Video Card Upgrade

This insurance agency business client wanted to be able to use 3 monitors with their desktop computer in the office. They process a lot of digital documents and have to do comparisons between all the different screens and websites in order to their client requests. Before they contacted us to get to 3 monitors, we had replaced the computer from an old Windows 10 desktop to a more modern Windows 11 computer with better specs to avoid any slowdowns while working. The new computer already supported 2 monitors, so we just had to spec out an additional video card.

We had the video card in stock so our tech, Brad, was able to swing out same day and get them up and running. On-site this took about 30 minutes to get it installed, cables organized, and update the settings to make sure the monitors were organized correctly. Talk about productivity increase for this employee! This is a super easy way to decrease time having to switch between websites and screens.
