- After logging into the Synology Surveillance Station click on Monitor Center
- Select the correct view or camera you want to download from
- Find the footage with the date selector and fill in the date and time
- Find the exact footage you want to download
- Click the Download button and fill in the start and end time of the footage you want. Files will be large so limit itto only what you need.
- Click Download
- Select where to save the video file at and click save. Be aware the larger the file the more time it will take to download.
