There are many ways to submit a support request. When you submit a request we are immediately notified and will then assign and prioritize your ticket.
IDEAL METHOD - Use the Layer 2 app on your computer
This is available to all our fully managed business clients, Care Free PC, Virus Free PC and remote service subscribers. Some clients who have had remote support with us in the past may also have this all on their computer.
Click the Layer 2 icon at the bottom right of your computer.

Your Layer 2 icon may be hidden. Click the up arrow and find it that way.

Our support email is support@layer2computers.com. Just include the problem you are experiencing and any relevant information likes pictures, errors, or things you are seeing.
Call Us
Of course you can still call us, just call our main number 937-660-4899. We will either answer right away and start the process of either scheduling or fixing your issue OR if you leave a voicemail we will be notified via our system.
